Being healthy is not just about what we put in our mouth or what we look like. Nine times out of ten people come to see me for personal training to improve their mental health and well-being. Make your mental health your priority and boost your endorphins the real and natural way with sweat and smiles.

About Me

I'm Lindsay, Mum of three boys and Hamish the boxer dog. I live and work in Stonehaven in the North-east of Scotland and I'm passionate about wellbeing.

The truth is I could show you a million before and afters, I could send you hundreds of meal plans, but you need to want it bad enough for it to work. When you know, you will know, and I will be right there by your side to help you giving you the tools and motivation to achieve it.
