I have 10 years’ experience designing and delivering fitness classes in Strength and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using mainly bodyweight and kettlebells. I specialise in coaching and designing running programs to meet individuals’ requirements.
Importantly I will provide you with an aftercare plan to support lifestyle change and offer class fitness sessions and communication to maintain and develop your wellness goals.
One-to-one personal training sessions are available in a dedicated private gym for those looking for a personalised and bespoke training plan to meet their individual priorities.
Personal Fitness Training in a group of 2 or 3 people to meet their specific goals. This option is for those who want to receive a private training experience and share the cost.
Prefer to join a big group and work out before or after work? I offer regular pay-as-you-go indoor fitness classes, and all abilities are welcome. In summer we make the most of the weather and get outdoors too!
If you find it difficult to make class times but still want to work out from home, I offer a dedicated on-demand online workout series, with new classes added weekly for you to sweat out to anytime.
We can run all day but it doesn't make a difference unless we nourish and eat well too. I offer all my clients tailored nutrition advice and plans to accompany training sessions. Eat well, be well.
Got a team, club, or a gang of pals with a goal to reach? I can train all group sizes to prepare for races, upcoming matches or shared challenges. My previous coaching clients include Stonehaven Rugby club.
